    Forrestal Class, single elevator forward of the island. If you knew what year the pic was taken you could sort out which air wing is on deck by the modex, then which carrier - or maybe those signal flags have something to say...

    I'm guessing "Ranger" early 60's. NG was CVW 9 and I see Demons and A-4's. I made 3 back to back WESTPACS
    in late 60's on the Ranger
