    I did a search for DuBont motors to see if anything came up and the only thing was a post from Ryan showing this photo asking if anyone knew anything about them.

  17. To the right of the drag strip was a oval track for dirt cars, it was paved in the 80's. That pic is of the dirt track flooded.

    At one time there was both a drag strip for cars and boats side by side Fremont. Theres a thread here on the hamb dedicated to the subject.

    I bought a lot of milkshakes there. I worked right across the street at King Arthur Toyota in the 1970's. lived in Fremont for 36 years.
