My fellow Connecticutters - isn't that Hotel on the Hill right off the Merritt Parkway some where between Stamford and Bridgeport?
Awesome pics. now and then you see one and say....."hey...I think I know where that is!"
There's so many from NYC in the early 70's - that look so much older now. so much stuff changes over the years it's hard to realize just how much change is going on!

bridge in post #89 is possibly the royal gorge bridge? I went over it as a kid. Forget where it is at - Black Hills of S. Dakota maybe?
Post # 42 Lincoln - slim possibility thats the White House and Ike's Lincoln now at Garlits Museum? Nahhhh I think Garlits has a bubble top version? And I also think it's a Chrysler Presidential Limo at Garlits?
Can anybody spot the historic pics of a bunch of Hells Angels? Amazing how totally old the 60's and 70's pics look now.

It was at the U.S. Grand Prix, 1960, Riverside Ca.
The pit facilities were still pretty primitive at the almost new track so the teams rented garages, gas stations etc. in town to work on their cars. The CHP gave them permission to drive their cars back and forth to the track. That appears to be Maurice Trintigant in his Cooper, judging by the hat.
I recognize the 3rd picture from the TV show "Green Acres". You can see Eb and Oliver on the Lincoln conv.
