  1. You've got to be kidding me!

    How many years ago?

And is that why you now live in Oregon?!

  17. Thanks. Was wracking my head, knew the car but couldn't place it.

You can see the roof lines and sculpted body lines that would be incorporated into the 1959 Buick LeSabre, I think.

  18. That happened in about 1971. One year later, I moved to San Diego and came up here in 1990.

  19. I've left this state several times, but I've always come back. I cannot explain it - I love Michigan more than almost anything.

But sometimes, the things that go on here just makes me shake my head. I know, bad stuff goes on everywhere, but MAN! - with so much beauty in this state, why is it that some folks just got to act up so?!

And truthfully, all the great pics I see on this thread of the Northwest, I sometimes wonderif I am the one that has lost my mind!

Yes it is an FC Holden. I will contact Paul Kelly and he will know whose car it was.

could be a shot tower or a relief tower--we still have three of the latter in st. louis. once upon a time our water pressure came from pistons and without the towers to relieve the piston action, pipes would burst.
