    Fordlina , I reposted the Sinclair shot in a gasoline group at Face Book. Because this style of service station was popular until the late 1930's , I may find someone who has the information you need . I'm curious as to wither the open portions were modified for automobile traffic or the building was actually built that way .

    A photo by Bill Woods of Fort Worth Texas. This was taken in the showroom on west 7th street as I recall. In the 90's there was an art exhibit in New York displaying many of his photos from his collection taken during his life. Diane Keaton (yeah that Diane Keaton) obtained many of his photos. And a book was published also. I do know she didn't get them all, or at least the negatives because I own them. And I have his color negatives! I've never scanned or displayed them, they're still in a box in my garage. I will make that a priority to do so when I retire. My efforts to contact Ms. Keaton and/or her agent fell through - no body ever returned my calls. Too bad Diane, we coulda worked out a deal.
