Officer, have all those people on that roof top arrested. Tresspassing, no proper safety gear, no safety net, endangering a minor, shall I go on?

The plate number 3572 RF 3 is from august 1931, in Paris, France.

 

Yeh, but when we were kids, we would have done anything to be up there on that roof. Stupidity is not a crime, and we have all done stupid things in our life, and one thing adults forget as they get older is they used to be a kid once too.
