I originally posted this photo on here a couple years ago. Thats my Mom in the middle. My Grandpa is the taller gentleman in the background by his '37 Ford. Photo was taken in the mid 40's at their farm in Tennessee. I can remember riding in his '37 Ford as a kid in the 50's. Grandpa traded the Ford for a '49 Chevy in 1959.

Lou Bingham's lakes roadter. Lou once lived in La Canada, CA, and his 5-window was the subject of a famous article in R&C about a long tow to Bonneville, using a V8-60 powered T roadster to pull the 32. Later Lou moved to the San Diego area and ran the Bird Rock Mobil station. He parked the roadster out in front, and I remember it well, the Bird Rock Mobil station was near where my uncle lived. It was painted sort of a violet color.
Trying to finish it, it's only been 30 years!-MIKE
My Dad on the right. His 41 Caddy on the left and his dirt track car in the background. Taken around '52.

I'm really enjoying all the pictures of the St. Louis area.
