Definitely a Maverick or Comet of the same vintage just to the left of the Buick.

My right click does not have that option, either. I am certain we two are not the only ones with this absent tool. I am glad I didn't ask how to do it for fear of getting bashed for it.
Me two. I wasn't going to comment. But some of us apparently can't do everything that others can to find information. I just look and enjoy what's here. Thanks everyone for the photos, the info, and the attempt to help the rest of us..
Also thanks for those later comparison photos. Makes things even more interesting. Just don't overdo them. Please.
What he wants is clear and concise information.
Like he did when he filled out his profle.

Hah, good one Metalshapes.
A new 66 442 post with vinyl top in the front row; let's hopes it's a 4 speed!
DeHavilland DH-4, British design produced under license in the U.S.
Burning German plane, WWI, no other information...
Another shot down German plane, British soldiers looking over the remains
Just the caption, no other information...wonder how many volunteers there were for this job??
P-38 Crash, no other information...sometimes this happened when one engine failed on takeoff, and if the pilot didn't make very quick adjustments, the one remaining engine just screwed the plane into the ground...
Just the caption on the photo, this may have been Crissy Field, near the Presidio, which remains as a historic site today.
Got these photos from:
Very interesting thread. not really into the war Destruction to much, but the classic pin-up girls are Great.
Guy in center is Gen. Billy Mitchell. Left is US congressman O'Sullivan, right is Maj. Henry Clagett. Bolling Field, 1925.
Looks like there is wreckage here from two aircraft. Wonder if it might have involved a mid-air collision or collision on the ground.
Left of the Buick.
And another...YEP!! If this lack of info pisses you off, scroll past them.
Sad to see that our prolific friend Mr Southurn has achieved the dreaded status of BANNED. I guess he musta posted something that had too much cleavage or snatchage or something.
Ah well, them's the rules, I guess.
Thanks for all the entertainment over the past year or so.
What's withe the C pillar on the white one?
Same here, but it looks like SouthUrn has been banned!
Does that mean all of his great pictures here also disappear? He posted a lot of great things. Rules are made for reasons so I guess there were reasons.
This is my main source of enjoyment on this forum. Let's try to keep it clean and trouble free. My only gripe are those members who must add a few kinky words to the girlie photos or other posts with several photos.
Looks like the white protective covering over the black convertible top. Pulled up a little bit?
Say it ain't so! I hope it wasn't for going off on one or more of the whiners.
What a disservice to that sign. Even though it is not an American car company that would be a neat sign adapted to their brand in the old neon style.
it looks like they widen'd the street to.
Noted that too, hope we find out what got him banned, don't want to be next!
I noticed that too, or possibly this was the purposeful crushing of US warbirds just after WWII ended, there were too many to fly home so in some cases they either buried them or crushed them with bulldozers...didn't even drain the oil or fuel so sometimes they caught fire.
...or it could have been a mid-air crash...no other information on the site
But she LOOKED innocent enuff? Guess she used it......Gonna miss SouthUrn.....
Just install the Google browser on your computer and use it when viewing this thread. Your then 1 click away from any info available. Some Hambers post a plethoria of pics almost daily and it would be very time consuming for them to identify every pic posted. Other pics may have no info to post. Are posteres supposed to start indicating "no info avialable" as well? Hope this helps.
I've noticed a few provacative posts lately that got me to wondering. If banned, there were probably a few probation violations first. Too bad for all of us.

Looks like a scrapping operation to me - over in Europe after the war we dynamited many aircraft, then chopped them up. Note the large number of stored aircraft in the background.
Neat photo David. Here's a poster for the Boston & Maine RR Snow Train. It would run from Boston to North Conway NH.
Look's like the roof of a Maverick behind the '64 Chevy wagon next to that white Mopar.
