I'll take a stab - Overland, c. 1916, with what looks like a California plate. Super photo.

My boss back in the 70's, started business after the war rebuilding and selling cars. He talked frequently about how the invention of Bondo was manna from heaven.
But his best story was the day a customer came in and traded 2 cars + cash to purchase one he had because it had a radio.
Now days cars with Blue Tooth and touch screen Nav have to be financed for 9 lives to make payments cheap enough to get it off the lot.

It's just crazy 2 cars and cash? Last 'new' vehicle I bought was a motorcycle, will never purchase a new car after that. Besides I don't have children to put up for finance!!
If anyone is sick of these "city street photos " Just let me know I'll stop ,but I do love looking at them myself .If I didn't have to work I could look at these all day.
