    Oh, and I got too busy this Christmas but if one of fellows on this thread would be so kind as to go and help the widow on my street trim her Christmas tree? At least holiday Christmas tree w- lady mod[1].jpg I think that's what she said.

    By the tire marks it looks like Turner brought that Ford into the corner a little too hot pitching it a little sideways.....got by those Chebbies to go on and win the NASCAR convertible championship for 56. Ford had 260 HP dual quad option where Chev’s dq option was at 225.

    Good stuff Swi. If you look at the picture of the guy standing beside the tree the Dodge Brothers touring car behind him has a tire lock on the left front wheel. Also the narrow white walls on the disc wheeled DB touring were not made very long.

  28. It's like a the color of a fine red wine. I think Cadillac used the same maroon from the 40's up to the 60's but gave it different names. I had a '51 Cadillac and it was painted Bolero maroon.
