Ned Jarrett with trophy and car owner/crew chief Bondy Long to left of Ned's wife. Ned considered himself just a simple, country boy but he took the Dale Carnegie speaking course to become a better spokesman for his sponsors and NASCAR. A great driver and a terrific TV commentator in his later years.

 

Roy was also involved with early tether car racing, building several very fast cars. Roy's cars are very sought after today.
