Wow, I don't believe it. This pic is taken in my hometown...Oamaru, New Zealand, evidently about 1962. The bridge is still there, although a more modern one made of concrete. Mc Donalds lime works is at Kakanui, about 6 miles south of where I live.
looks like she has polio braces on. Luckily we don't see them anymore.
