    I’d say 1964 to ‘66, hard to say for sure. I was 15 in ‘64 and a lot of time has passed, I was out of the hobby by 1966 but R&C magazine always featured slot racing articles during those years.

    O.K. ... this is the last question on the RR mechanics written test and certification exam and goes something like this :
    " Write a 100 word dissertation on proper axle install techniques explaining first the problem Bob and Fred have as shown in the photo and how as their supervisor you should instruct them to go about solving it because at this point it appears they are at a stand still " .... Just how are they going to get the axle under the car now ?
