I've posted this before on the hot rod Corvette thread, but here it is again.
This is my Dad's '62 taken in 1972.

That’s Mickey Thompson’s Dragmaster Chassis car running inline GM 215 cu. in. aluminum V8’s. From the looks of the cylinder heads the front one is the Olds and the rear was the Buick.
Lemont, Illinois, probably 1969.
Me with some cars I have owned
This ‘32 Tudor was at a rod run my old club hosted at an Illinois state park back in 1976.
What was particularly noteworthy about it were the California plates and a San Diego Prowlers club plaque on back.
The guy mentioned to me that he was a Navy man on leave, drove out to Iowa to visit a friend and figured he’d come to our event since he was so close.
Anybody recognize this Prowlers car and have any info on the member?
Is this the first 1962 chevy on the planet?
1960's Buffalo "Clutch Artist's" Autorama in the Masten Ave. Armory.
Why, yes, it was. You're quite up on your 1962 Chevrolet history. It was a
test mule, not intended to be photographed, hence the front bumper delete
and mismatched wheel assemblies. To check forward visibility a tach was
quickly duct taped to the dash and the hood had the lump attached to it.
