Vintage Firewall tag/plate ideas 32 Ford

I am working on a 32 Ford with a polished aluminum firewall, I removed a fuel block and now want to come up with a clever way to cover the four mounting holes other than button head bolts etc. I was thinking of a vintage metal tag or plate but I am drawing a blank on what would look period right. I didn't have any luck searching in here so I am asking for ideas. Its a old school 5 window coupe and the firewall is completely clean except for 4 small holes 4 x 2 inches.
