VINTAGE DELCO PART NUMBER ID?

I was going through a box of old parts I got at a old GM dealer going out of business sale and found an old Delco part in the original yellow box. It has the number 5318150 on the box. I looked at all my old parts books and googled with no luck. Anyone know what this part is and what it may fit?
