I dropped by the shop Monday before heading out of town, to check out Eduardo's panel. I saw your reference photos and all your detailed drawings on a table. Impressed! Your research and attention to detail blows me away, and it really ultimately shows in the finished car. Can't wait to see the build on your Taildragger...
At the Andrew Severins Youth Group Car Show and tribute to Andrew's father Carl, on Oct. 20th. L-R: Andrew's mother, Andrew, Kelly, Mark, & Marty LeBarr of Marty's Hot Rods and Rust in Fresno. Even the bee on the front of the hood likes it...
This is such a choice CUSTOM …. (coming from a strictly hot rod guy) I hope the rest of you are paying attention … this is the how its done!
Wow Skip that looks killer!! I am glad you went with the white trim on the carpet it really sets it off.
Such a beautiful execution...damn-near perfect balance of smooth areas and pleats. I don't smoke anymore, but those rear ash trays sure make me think about it! What jumps out at me is the horizontal pleat at the top of the seat back, with the wedge-shaped pleat just beneath it that continues into to the seam on the side bolster. Symmetrical. Perfect. This is really something special Skip.
Oh my! That is just wonderful! I love the pattern you put together there. Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
