Technical Valve cover ID: 1957 Olds or Buick? Finned Edelbrock

    I have these old valve covers. Definitely not new repops. Heavy finned Edelbrock covers that I believe are olds or Buick based on the bolt holes. Holes are too far in the center to be Y block I believe. The inside has "1957 8" cast into the underside of the top. Anyone know for sure what these would fit? Thanks! IMG_3298.JPG

    I'd agree with you as on the Buick the hold-down bolts are not centered in the cover while the Olds are.

    If they were Buick they would be marked 57-61 ( 364s)
