Value of a 57 Old's rear end?

    No, I dont have one. But I know many gassers in the day used them, from tri 5 Chevies to Willys. Just curious as to their value today, and their rarity...

    There was one in the classifieds yesterday for 150 bucks I think.

    I sold a complete one a few years back with standard gears and non posi for 250..
    Picked up a complete drum to drum 57 Pontiac rear shortly after that with 4:10 non posi for 150 that i still have..
    Don't know if these were priced low or not, but i don't think they were to out of line. Although, i did feel i got a good deal on the Pontiac.

    I will probably just use a 9" anyways. I just know many people used Olds, Pontiac rears in the day...
