I have been following the build of this really cool little V8-60 engine in Doug Clem's *WhyGoBy* Garage in Sparks, Nevada.....Doug and legendary 91 yr. old flathead engine builder, Bud Meyer, have been doing all of the machining and making many custom parts to give this little giant killer life....

Listen to the sound of this great creation on its first firing......it is going to power a Lakes Modified that Doug is building.......pretty cool, and unusual power......nobody knows how to get power out of a V8-60 better than applying the Eddie Meyer touch!!

Here's the 35 second video I have of the first firing.....

Ah yes - the EmiSul built from 1964 to 1968 by Simca Do Brasil. Hellish difficult to find and almost impossible to get out of the country but huge on the wow factor. Here's another video link to another one being run - built by James Pierce.

Oops - sorry it must have been removed. I'll dig around and see if I can find it from my archives.
