Found this in a box of stuff today. Anyone know anything about this manufacturer or an approximate date on this piece? Thanks Chappy
Thanks @chuckh I found it in a box of stuff from my grand dads house.. pretty neat. Made of aluminum and it really good shape. Any idea what year this might be from? Chappy
Winner winner chicken dinner , Boiler Injectors is the answer ,I have operated many of them in my past as an Operating Stationary Engineer . Not know what you are doing and you’ll leave a poop ring in the shorts . I’m guessing , 30s on the era . If you ever want to part with it , keep me in mind , please .
I operated a lot of them also, most were penberthy I think brand. We used locomotive boilers on drilling rigs up until about 10 years ago but we put electric feed pumps on them by the late 70,s I suppose the old tractor guys still use injectors or steam powered feed pumps Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
