Technical Upside down oil pressure gauge

I am going to hang onto the gauge and do just that, but it's really not a quality looking gauge. I bought the RAC gauge from ebay. It just looks like a better gauge, but we shall see.

 

IF clearances are right , oil can't be too thin ...

 

Dammit, just got a notice from ebay that the sale got cancelled, the guy can't find the gauge I bought
