^^^ Update photo posting thread? ^^^

People keep goofing up posting photos/videos, so I read through the sticky above, and the instructions could use a little updating, IMHO... I'll do it if no one else wants to.

Also, I KNOW it's the responsibility of the member to read (find) the rules, but how about an ALL CAPS STICKY on the main page with a link over here? Might save you Modfathers some grief in the long run...
