Nice work man, funny thing about a 54 is that it's one of the nicest front ends ever to come from a factory (look how many other customs are running them) so anything you do runs the risk of looking worse than stock. It takes some cajones to start cuttin' one up, but it looks like you're plan is right on though.
Here is another update on how the 54 is coming out, I could not have gotten this far without the help of Adrain(CoChino) and Roger from the Strays...
Very kool kustom- I like the frontend treatment too- Not something I see everyday. Are you using any lead or just regular body filler? Keep us posted.
thanks, i am not sure what i will use for a grill bar yet. and i'll be using body filler, it would be nice to use lead though...
