Sorry guys but the F2 is already sold. I'm keeping the motor and trans.

 

Oh well, more money back in the build budget. And the next guy gets a nice project truck. DOUBLE WIN!

 

This is true. Bought the truck for $800, sold it as roller for $500. Keep motor, trans and spare 8rt flattie that comes with it. So two flatheads(one possible merc) and tranny for $300. I thinks its a good deal.

 

Lol... My wife won't even step foot in the garage, let alone wash a part or use a wrench... Afraid to get dirt or grease on her...

She loves customs and rods, but doesn't realize that you have to get greasy, dirty, and bloody... They don't come nice and shiny like that...

 

You are determined to run a flattie alright, up to 5 now! Good luck with your project, looks cool to me.

 

I admire your determination, at strike 3 I found a fresh (running on break in rig ) flatty, so I just caved and paid the man. hope this one is fit to go!

 

Actually this makes 6 flatheads and 1 banger that I've bought in 2 years. But who's counting? If i these don't work out, i may sell everything and start golfing.

 

Im not sure if its determination or stubbornness.
