Unknown Hubcap center, Can you ID?

    I thought I would throw this up for someone to identify, just for curiosity sake.
    All I know is.. it was in the trunk of a rusted out 56 Plymouth Savoy.
    I dont think it came from that car, but not sure, cannot find another
    anywhere on the web. It has a nbr on the back PT - 2533048,
    It is made of pot metal, it is not magnetic.
    It has six bosses drilled for looks like 3/16 in screws on the back,
    figure it must be part of a full hubcap.
    Maybe someone has a need for it or at least has seen another one like it..
    Could be it's not even part of a hubcap, I don't know.
