recently i bought an old dash clock at a garage sale, and i have no clue what it is from, all i know is i think it's cool. i don't know how to identify it. i know if there is any chance of me being able to identify it it is the hamb!:D

ok, to start there are a few names and numbers marked on it.they are as follows

on the housing (which seems to be cast of pot metal)
    the number- 554054-5-6
    the name- Geriti

    on the clock it's self
it has the date- may 49 -printed on it
    the number- H2282655
it also says manufactured by the Geo. w. Borg corporation, Chicago, U.S.A.

all of this leads me to believe it is for a 49 chevy (or other gm) but i have no idea, can anyone verify for me what this clock is from?
    thanks, all help is appreciated!
