Technical unknown cooling fan

here I have a big cooling fan
someone wrote ford v8 on it but I cant find it on the net
does somebody know this thing

Boy that's an odd duck.

 

Looks like its for a flathead to me. Maybe from a big truck or something.

Are the bolts safety wired? HRP
