Yup, the gates open at 6am and the good stuff sells early. You missed the fall swap meet today at the fairgrounds - there wasn't a ton of good stuff but at least the weather was great.
yeah, i am figuring to be there real early. stuart...didn't know there was one - couldn't have made it anyway. I might even sell there...depending on what happens that weekend. tok
Depending on the weather it can be fairly big. Hoping to be there to sell, depends on weather and family.
It sucks dont go! LOL. its the best swap of the year around here. We usually get in line at 3am or so. JEFF
I usually leave the house at midnight, get to the fairgrounds around 4 a.m. hit the ground running at 6, walk until noon, then head for home tired with sore feet and an empty wallet thinking " I've got to bring more money next year" wouldn't miss it though.....Scott
BRING 2! We're making the trek from North Dakota. We leave Saturday and scrounge our way southeast, maybe checking some junkyards, auction sales, shop tour, or visit with friends along the way. Yes--get in line early. Stop and say Hi. overspray
I'm hoping the nice weather (78 today?) will stick around for the weekend. After the early hours swap meet, I'm heading to the Anoka Fairgounds for the Frankinstieners Holloween theme car show there. Lot's of Rat Rods there too!
