That car was NOT worth THAT much no matter who owned it.
a guy here in town bought it from Ed for $2100
The car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. And just like many artists, their work is worth more after they pass on. Thats what this is, a original piece of art from famous artist.
So, when did the model kit of this one first come out???

I'm glad to see someone put it back the way Ed had it. there is a picture of it in Tony Thackers book about Roth From after he(Ed) sold it. Almost unrecognizable as "Tweedy Pie".
