I have a TT frame that has been stored since the '50's that is pristine. its much thicker than a regular T. is this enough frame for a banger powered '27? hate to not do something with it...........

Good enough for V8 powered I've been told (assuming boxed etc for the 8)

I had one of those under a cab I bought at an auction and it was a heavy beast but bent beyond repair.

I see no reason to box it, it should be plenty strong, but an X or K member would give you what you need for locating and mounting stuff

  9. My Modified 27T uses a 21 TT chassis. It has been boxed, pinched and zee'd and has a x member. It is running a 347 Pontiac.
