The hood line fixes itself as soon as the original 1915 radiator is repaired and refitted. I'm running a temporary radiator til I can afford to have my brass radiator recored.

He sold this car new and bought it back off the old lady when she stopped driving.
My Ford salesman is one of the most interesting people I know. He's worked for Ford since 1963 and has been a Ford salesman since 1969. That must be a record of some kind.

Apologies...corrected. I did see Edward's Hotrod and himself...I think (on passenger...oops...:D...I mean driver side) in a couple of Tony's priceless coverage...they were closeups. Did you see any others?

This is one of the two...

  9. No harm, no foul. :D
Besides the five linked above, I saw one, where this car was severely out of focus, so I didn't link to that. :)

$_57 (11).jpg $_57 (9).jpg I just got back from a fabulous 10 days in Wales with some of the best hot rodder friends you could ask for. 30 plus degrees centigrade and sea water hot enough to swim in.
I managed 57.13 mph on the sand. Way below the 100+ achieved by some of the flathead V8s but quite OK for a banger run about.
On the second race day it rained a little bit and the sand got very wet and slippery.
The mad max run back along the beach with 150 hot rods all in a group was fantastic.
Pendine is quite simply the most awesome traditional hot rod event world wide. IMG-20180704-WA0066.jpeg View attachment 3957293 View attachment 3957294 20180630_145138.jpeg 20180701_124125.jpeg IMG-20180704-WA0058.jpeg FB_IMG_1530713666212.jpeg 20180701_144154.jpeg

Funny car. Once Katrin got in the car the door refused to open. Seems as if my little runabout is looking after me;-) 20180630_101642.jpeg IMG-20180704-WA0013.jpeg

  12. You're an artist by many accounts; an inspiration to others also! To see what you started with and what you ended with is nothing short of amazing!

  13. Congrats! That's not bad!

Bah! You should try to go to Rømø Motorfestival - closer, cheaper and more periodic correct.

On to another matter. I'm looking for another original 1932 front crossmember to repair the next 32 frame.
Has anyone out there got one stashed away I could have? Strange how most 32s run Model-A front crossmembers but the original ones are still hard to find!

If I had one I'd give it to you just as payment for getting to watch this thread.

I'm putting the T up for sale, so if anyone is interested, it's on the classifieds.

  18. Really sorry to hear (read) so... was hoping to see you at the beaches of Rømø this year. :(
