Working on the trunk of my car. Just put new black carpet in with White panels. Should I leave the wheel tubs black or cover/paint them white

I think it looks fine as is, it appears to be nice black and matches the carpet.

 

Looks fine as it is.
However, you could make a removable white upholstery panel that
fits smoothly into the corner, hiding the wheel wells. Use Velcro to
secure it in place to the side panels and the rear panel. Make a template
out of cardboard first. Then use thin door skin or regular upholstery
panel card board to make the corner piece. You could also use sheet metal
bent to fit either with a sharp bend or a smooth radius.
