Just finished up this 46 for a customer. 327/200r4, Sids Drop axle, lowering blocks in the rear, disc brakes up front and gas tank relocated underneath the bed. This was a 9 month budget build

i'm pretty sure CG's truck has mopar(volare, 5th ave, etc) clip under the front. good choice if you want low. i've talked to a coupla guys that asked about doing them in slick side trucks. told them i think they are a good choice but i would suggest doing a full rebuild on it when doing as some of the replacement parts have gotten harder to source the last 10 years or so. with everything in good shape it's a great handling set up. and you can fine tune height since it's adjustable via the torsion bars....ken....

What a jakk off it is a crappy coincidence but one hour ago I got a 160.00 seatbelt ticket in Port Richey, Florida. They sit three deep all day everyday and hawk out seat belts and rolling a stop sign , they got me this morning and I am so ****""" ;;;;*&^!!^/#$%.......madd the bodily I want to inflict rite now is just gonna ruin a nice Sunday , I probably am due for one more ticket soon because it was only a week or two ago I paid a expired tag tikket witch I gotta stay on top of witch tags expire on my birthday and witch on my wifes birthday didnt even realize my silver shadow softail was due tnis past april , I thought it was go I d till august, my fault but if thisbad luck runs in threes , I am due one more violation and in this tourist trap state they start at 168.00 and only go up.....I hate cops in case I didnt mention that I am okay with a man doing his job ,, but the tactics this city uses are wrong ,,,,, fact ask anyone who lives here , even there own agree I know a few and they are pressured into meeting a quatta each month and get written up if they dont......

Tuff truck, tuff picture. Maybe a nice deep burgundy gloss job might give it some class.

USAC 02.jpg Wow! What an awesome tow rig dragsled. I also have a '46 Ford that will be used for hauling around my champ car.

Make sure that thing is as solid as an anvil and safe for hauling before setting out.

Love the Fiat by the way...

I need some of those Sombrero hubcaps. Trouble is I need 16s in the back and 15s in front.

Thanks Great looking 46, Mines pretty solid last year it was still an 89 F250 Thought the truck would look cooler with an 47 cab on it,, Lots of work tho, but well worth it in the end,, Tim Jones

My new daily driver. Adding a/c and a few other comfort mods (seat belts, tilt column, power steering) for the Central Texas heat and traffic. I also replaced those skinny 4" wide wheels and it drives MUCH better.
