truck bed gas fill doors

ok so im working on my '37 chevy pickup with stock length bed,looking for pics or ideas on mounting the gas tank fill in bed floor .want to keep it flush , any pics of custom or bought gas fills . my other option was to use a '36 gas tank and relocate fill position because the opening would be behind [under] the '37 fender . so how 'bout it guys any ideas

Specs on that one says it's for 1/2" hose! That's either a misprint on their site or you'd be at the gas pump for a looooong time!!!
