I received my replacement copy today. It was in a huge, thick, white envelope. The replacement was in Perfect condition. The postage was $ 3.33. What great service, so prompt and courteous. Thanks Again To Steve and especially his Staff. Later Bill

 

It's really good to read about a small business going out of their way to make a problem right. Too many threads on deals that went the other way. It's a shame this outcome is so unusual it rates a thread on the HAMB. Kudos to TRJ!
