Great thread...... here is the 55 I drove in high school back in the late 80's. And yeah that's me on the left!

 

Just finished the chassis, this is the blown 632ci. street car lots of fun and never hooks up!

 

Here is a few pics of mine before I raised it up and sold it to Boones! I miss that car....

sled... its always forsale.. but you have to drive it home

next summer its going back down to where it used to sit, but with disk brakes, dropped spindles and probably airbags (so it should sit very low)

 

thats cool... it's like a song we play in one of my bands, it's called ex-appeal... they always look better when someone else has them... I think I will be happy with the 64'.... once the snow melts.

As a 17 year old i New Zealand this was my one and only ride,had 265 ,with bolt action ,then when it smashed a piston D) i bolted in a 365 /327 to the stock trans......

 

57 bigblock,muncie and 12 bolt.Around the same time...thats Kiwikev off to the left...

 

And another..stock 265 with a black enamel paint job,sprayed out in the open ..

 

57 four door hard top...283 ,Isky cam,had dual quads...lol!!Ran better without them .
