I've excerpted from my Album of 2105 Goodguys PPG Nationals, those cars that in my mind fall in the category of "Traditional Hot Rods and their Near Friends". These are the types of cars you'd might see at events like the Lonestar Roundup.

As implied by the description above, they're not all "pure traditional hot rods", but some are. Others reflect the spirit, if not the actual fact, of Traditional Hot Rods. So you'll see some cars with late 1960's type hot rod wheel and tire treatments (you know, five spokes and dirt tracker rears), and some 1950's pickups and the like. Sort of what you might see if magazines like Rodder's Journal ever did complete event coverage. Here's the link: http://public.fotki.com/funman1712/11-scale-automotive/traditional-hot-rod/traditional-hot-rod/

So grab a cold one (beer, iced tea, cola, et al) and enjoy the pix. If you'd rather go through my entire album of 2015 Goodguys Nationals (which includes the photos here plus all the other worthy - and a few not so worthy - cars and trucks at the show), click here: http://public.fotki.com/funman1712/...goodguys-nationals-/2015-goodguys-nationals-/

Some nice cars. Is Columbus the new Indy, GG debut wise? Gary
