    1932 After market Frame rails

So I've been working on my 5 window 32, and some of the holes on the aftermarket frame rails don't line up with the stock firewall feet. I was wondering if this is a usual problem with new frame rails that I'm not aware of. I have a jig and everything, however, most of the frame/body mount holes don't line up(some are off by miles). I know that it isn't the firewall feet and floor that are messed up, because they all match my dad's original frame. I'm wondering if this is only a problem with early reproduction rails. I'm 13 and just learning how to fabricate with my dad. Thanks - Parker

Who’s rails? Those who build a lot of them may know the scoop.
Heck, at 13 I was begging my dad to let me change plugs by myself, and you’re building a ‘32!

No, I'm a 13yr. Sorry for the confusion. I enter in 1988, so the website would let me make an account. Just in case I was too young.

I sell '32 FOMOCO frame prints on the HAMB for over 20 years. Better than Wescotts. More details & measurements. 1932 frame print is $50.50 + S/H to your zip code----IF you are intrested----Don

Ha! Welcome! I also started at 13, gas welding through my first top chop, my '36 Three window.
    I didn't find my '32 'til I was 16!

The kid is trying to learn a bit and you want to make money off of him ? $50 dollars is alot for a 13 year old. Kinda like dangling the carrot in front of a caged rabbit.

  19. Hey Deuce Daddy Don, I thought you had a special rate for rodders under 18 years old.
Pshaw, I will be watching your build!
