heck! id leave the frame and setup just as it is!!! it has "the stance", a good rear end, and a good motor, if it aint broke, why change it!! get it running and drive the piss out of it. build another frame while you drive it if you must.

I love 34 pickups. They remind me of my childhood. My dad had a half a dozen & one with that state of the art frontend too.

Looks like A rear fenders to me also. Henry steel rear fenders are as rare as hens teeth. Still a great truck anyways.

  12. I don't even have the truck in my possesion and already found a pair!!!

  13. Forgot to mention, what is rare as hens teeth is the money I need to buy them :) !!!

Oh yes they are very pricey if found. I been searching for a couple years now. Money is always an issue with me also. I have a left but no right. Good for u on finding a set.

Can someone post up pics of '33 Ford truck rear fenders? I have a set of real deal Henry rear fenders that I pulled off my '33 truck, but not sure if they are actually from a '33, and don't want to misrepresent them. Thanks in advance.

My 33 frame had a corvair front suspension when I got it. Fortunately, it wasn't too badly cobbled up and I was able to torch it out, patch it up, and put a dropped axle back where it belongs.

Here are some photos of the rear fenders that I have. They look like '33's, right? I hate to ask the dreaded question, but since I have NO CLUE, what are these things worth given their condition? They obviously need to be stripped, and some hammer & dolly work. Also, patches required where the running boards meet the fenders.

Anyone have an idea on what these fenders are worth? Anyone?

  24. Nice goin on the swap....of course I'm a little biased toward old ford pickups.
You think your chassis is cobbled? This was mine when I bought it. Musta had an Allison engine in it!

  30. Yeah I picked it up for patch panels for my 33, but it was WAAAAAAAY too nice to cut up!
