Traded my sedan for A 51 F1. Have had my A for 8 years and decided to trade. Came out of the Dallas area. Needs a lot of little stuff done.

  4. Cool. I lean toward trucks and always have. I am sure someone isn't going to think you made a good trade but sounds like you had as much fun in the sedan as you wanted and you just can't beat a truck.

  5. Cool truck, My first vehicle was a '52. Hope you got a hood. Good ones seem to be hard to find.
I've bought 4 for my F-1, haven't found "the" hood yet.

  17. If both guys walked away happy with the deal, it was a good trade.

If you're happy with trade, thats all that matters, love the truck. My 52 is my dailey, bone stock, flathead V8, three speed. It gets a lot of attention at the grocery store or the gas station, everyone likes old trucks. You'll have the problems fixed in no time, enjoy your new ride......

A nail in the spindle instead of a cotter pin is traditional.
