Technical Tool identification help

We picked up this little Niagra roller at a swap meet. What's the best suited use for the dies it has on it. ? It was the only dies that were there with it. Thanks in advance. Sorry about the crappy cell phone pics.

 

Rolling a small Bead close to the edge of a piece.
Maybe like hose bump on a pipe too

 

Rotary machine; used to burr the edge of sheet metal when making a wired edge. Good score!
