Took My Car To A Local Show-Look What Kids Did To It!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Ol Skool '51, Nov 22, 2011.

  1. I took my '51 with my old trailered speedboat to a small local car show this past fall. These kids (actually good friends kids) had a ball posing with both the car and boat and everyone enjoyed watching them put on a show.
But had to stop them from driving the car off for a short cruise, told them maybe next year.

    Right On!!
I always like it when a kids parents tell them not to touch. I always tell them that they shouldn't touch most but mine you can climb all over. It's built to enjoy not just stare at..
So Good for you... and those kids, maybe they'll get into old cars instead of all the other evil they could get into.

Now that's pretty cool and thanks for caring for our youths!
My wife and I use to run a group home in Reno, NV. for troubled teenaged boys. We took them to car shows and guys like you let them sit in their cars and have pictures taken that they could take home.
