yes , i have been watching from the back for a while. decided to build a rod. i live near dysart iowa on a farm. if in need feel free to ask. i presently have a 65 elcamino with a 292 inline six. it is not your standard 6 though. it's been worked over alittle and is putting out around 450hp. there's aturbo/intercooler and efi lurking under the hood. it really gets attention at gatherings. i'd like to build a 35 chevy witha souped up 292 and 4 speed, so that is why i am here. i am 40 years old, work on med equip for a living and cars for a hobby. i have lots of chevelle parts, 4 speed muncie stuff and 12 bolts. tom
Big welcome from Des Moines, Tom! I'm working on a I6, too, but nothing as cool as a 292. Mines a 250 with the crappy integral manifold. Hoping to find a 292 head to swap that sucker out.

here are a couple of pic's of my wicked up six. when it hits second gear it will pull 20' of rubber. i run it to 12 lbs boost. tom
