Well after about a week of sanding and shooting primer we finally painted my 56. Has some rough spots on the driver side in the metal but I didnt want to coat it with bondo so i left it as is and put 3M spot putty in a few small dents. Works pretty well. It used to be sea foam green and white. Now it is Ironlak Hunter (graffiti paint that covers and sticks EXCELLENT!!!) and Rustoleum semi-gloss white. One before shot in here for comparison. One shot of the f'ed up panel before. Tomorrow I am lowering the back and hopefully I can find some caddy tail lights big enough to fit the stock bezel on my taillights.
