Technical Tire truing or shaving?

    yes he was a good guy, a friend for 48 years, a fellow firefighter, and real hot rodder buddy.
    I miss him every weekend..

    My final note on my tire shaving and balance!
    In addition to the truing I removed the lead weights and installed 6 oz. of DynaBeads in each front and 8 oz. In each rear tire.
    I inflated the tires to 30# in the front, 28# in the rears.
    No more hop or bounce in the rear and very smooth clear to 80+ mph and that's fast enough for me!
    It tracks and drives rock solid and feels stuck to the road and is now a pleasure to drive!
