I literally found this out last night. A guy on Facebook was able to research it.

"Oneida County Free For All Sweepstakes
    Riverside Park
    Rome NY

Rome Sentinel of Aug 21, 1926.
““The 86th annual Oneida County Fair, given by the Oneida County Agricultural Society, came to a close this afternoon at Riverside Park.
“The program arranged for this afternoon was six automobile races. This consisted of a light car event, time trials and introduction of drivers, elimination heats for the big race, a deciding heat to pick those qualified to enter the big event, and the final, the Oneida County free-for-all sweepstakes.
“In addition to the above, Charles LeVee was scheduled to do his leap from a speeding automobile.”

I will most definitely do a build thread after I get my 34 pickup on the road this will be next. I have a 23 Dodge tub sitting on an A chassis and was hoping to find a good set of Chevy rails. They actually found me, traded a friend a nice T frame for them.

What an excellent find with a whole lot of potential, and all the right parts, interesting use of the Chevy swivelling spring pads too.

    Does it have a title?

    nice
It looks like the bomber seat was designed for the aviator to be setting on his parachute. It would be cool to find a vintage 'chute pack to use for the covering of the seat upholstery.

No title needed . My property line is 50 feet away from burn out pit at local drag strip . I plan to race it for fun .

Finished some bits on the race car . Weak spark is only thing stopping me from a gentle shake down run

This was fun to drive for a couple minutes before it recently sold at auction. Sometimes "work" is fun. GM inline 6 with Ford trans.
