The video tests four different thread inserts and compares cost, time to install, along with failure point. Interesting, but it does run 32 minutes. You need to pay attention to the screen at the end, the results are not that clearly explained, but some of the info is written and shown on screen. For economy, ease of installation and strength Heli-Coil wins at least in this test.
I use twin-serts on a lot of aluminum repairs at work. It takes a larger OD insert with a smaller one for the fastener. One for a 4-40 repair, the tap drill hole for the outer is .152". I use Loctite on those most of the time. Time-serts or keen-serts I save for repairs that see some use and abuse.
