Hey, wait a minute...did someone say schosh ? SCHOSH ? What the hell is wrong with you ? This is NOT the place to use that kind of offensive language. No wonder Blimp Boy left...this whole place is going to hell.

I finally figured out what lit Mr. Blimpybutt's fuse. When he read... Is that a one inch schosh or a two inch schosh...he wasn't wearing his coke bottle bottom glasses and thought it said "schlong".

It's an inspiration and a plausible scenario dates aside...and yes the plate is respectfully altered as he is moving it on...I am sure Budwieser really has a soft spot for this classic vintage style Hotrod and this will hopefully bring a smile and memory...;)

AND it beats talking about....well you know...dirigibles and rear ends...:D

@Desoto291Hemi I'm glad your looking at all the details as there is many times finer details that may easily be overlooked...I love the old Dry Lakes pics as many times the background contains incredible details...

The Hamb Era of focus even though a distant memory Covers I believe The Golden Era of Hotrod/Custom/Race...So much Insperation to Revere...

One thing you won't find however is Waldo...:D

  20. Oh yeah,,,I love to go back and look at stuff over and over,,,old movies as well.
Every little bit I see something I never noticed before .
It’s the details that make something great,,,!

And I’m pretty sure they found Waldo ,,,he was hiding out in Bolivia I think !
    Witness protection maybe ,,,?

I see in your profile that you're 86. Do you lose your sense of humor as you get older? I'm worried, I'm 11 years younger than you and find a lot of humor in this forum. I also find one hell of a lot of seriously good information from guys who are willing to freely give of their expertise, and sometimes give some good natured ribbing as well. I'd be lost without this forum and the people on it.

To be delivered by Goodyear Air Delivery service...:)

    29TrackRdster50.jpg

   ...the inspiration is historical...

@Desoto291Hemi here's one of those pics with pretty interesting things worthy of noting...the roundy rounder has a similar stance and could plausibly have been a stage in the Roadster aboves history... but what I really find interesting is it appears there is a flip front end on a racer in the background just above the Roadsters trunk...and a modded 34 roadster further down that line of more cool stuff...
