Welcome Brooks! I was a hell raiser too but that shit gets old and painful.. I've found its best to just follow the rules. Square people really do know how to have fun..
That car needs one thing, a nice girlfriend for the passengers seat..

Damn Ron, your generosity is appreciated I think shipping from Massachusetts to South Dakota is going to be a bit much for the kid. I’ll let him know and he can make the decision though.

I know it's not a '63, but here's a little inspiration for the Rambler crew if you go a different direction

Facebook Marketplace; there's a 65 Rambler American 2 door in the Seattle area for $2500.00. Looks really good, and if I did't already have too much stuff, I'd be looking at it. I am butch/56sedandelivery.

If you need any of the above I'm sure I can handle the shipping. No problem, my pleasure to help out.

We could use the late balancer and double grove water pump pulley. I have a double crank pulley.
    Again your generosity is appreciated

Thank you so very much for this. It's really generous of you to donate parts for the build. It'll really help me afford to work on the car and it should speed up the progress too. Thank you -Brooks

You are welcome, I'm happy to help. Great to see a young guy interested in building a hot rod! Good luck and have fun, Ron

  14. Hey, you guys from the Northeast are suppose to be cocky and selfcentered.....whatsamatawitchu?
Just yanking your chain..my hometown is Acton. That's super of you to do that for Brooks.

Brooks: I wish my son had the interest in cars of the 50's and 60's like you do. They're a lot of work, takes patience and dedication, but in the end you'll have something to be proud of, and a great way to make friends from all over. Car guys hang with car guys, regardless of age.
    Good luck, hang in there.
